Cancellation Policy
At Aerial Elegance, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place: Notice Requirement: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the class, the session is nonrefundable. For clients on a class plan, the session will be forfeited. Exceptions: While we strive to uphold this policy, we understand that certain circumstances may warrant exceptions. These will be reviewed and granted at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
